2. Order Terms and Conditions
a. Orders must be placed through our online store. If a product is not available, you may use the “Mail me when available” feature, and we will notify you by email once the product is back in stock.
b. You can place an order via our online shop by completing the order form on the website and clicking the appropriate submission button.
c. Upon placing your order, you will be issued a web order number. This number will be provided through the website. Please note that this web order number is for reference purposes only and does not imply that Xlineparts.com has accepted your order.
d. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms and conditions. Xlineparts.com reserves the right to accept or decline your offer, or to reduce the quantity of products accepted for delivery. Once submitted, your order is binding, but may be cancelled within 48 hours of submission.
e. If Xlineparts.com accepts your order, an order confirmation will be sent via email, and it will be effective from the date on which the email is sent. If we are unable to accept your order, we will attempt to contact you via email, phone, or post.
f. All products offered are accompanied by detailed specifications and images to provide as much information as possible. However, please note that the on-screen display of colors, designs, and sizes may vary from the actual appearance of the products.

4. Pricing Terms and Conditions
a. Xlineparts.com strives to offer competitive pricing by sourcing products from multiple suppliers and negotiating directly to secure favorable terms. Additionally, bulk purchasing allows us to benefit from quantity discounts offered by our suppliers.
b. Both business and individual customers can benefit from these cost-saving measures.
c. The prices listed on the website at the time you place your order are the applicable prices. These costs will be calculated separately, as necessary, and specified on the order form before being added to the total price. The total amount indicated on your order form will be the amount payable for the products.
d. Delivery costs, where applicable, will be clearly indicated on your invoice and are payable by the consumer.
e. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
f. The buyer is responsible for any import duties and clearance taxes once the shipment reaches the specified destination.
g. Pricing for larger quantities is negotiable and can be discussed with your sales manager.
h. VAT Information:
- All listed prices include the 19% VAT.
5. Payment Terms and Conditions
a. Payment Methods. You may pay for your products using the payment methods displayed in the payment section of the website.
b. The following payment options are available for orders placed in advance:
- Bank Transfer: Payment can be made via bank transfer. Please include your order number as the payment reference and transfer the exact amount within 3 days of receiving the order confirmation to avoid delays. The bank account details will be included in the order confirmation.
- Credit Card: Credit card payments are accepted from various networks like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Union Pay, etc.
- Cash on Delivery (Cyprus Only): Cash on delivery is available for customers in Cyprus through AKIS, ACS, Travel Express, and Delivery in Limassol couriers. Post-payment (payment after delivery) is not offered.
c. Currency:
- All payments must be made in Euros (€) or US Dollars (USD), as indicated on your invoice, and in advance.
6. Delivery Terms and Conditions
a. Shipping costs are calculated per order. We offer delivery via AKIS, ACS, and DHL Express. Alternatively, you may choose to use your preferred courier service. If you have an account with UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, or another courier, we can arrange for a pickup using your account.
b. Xlineparts.com will deliver the products to the address specified on your order form and according to the delivery option selected. Multiple addresses require separate orders.
c. Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery of the goods.
d. The buyer is responsible for any import duties and clearance taxes upon arrival of the shipment at the destination.
7. Cancellation Policy
a. Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time, even after the order has been confirmed.
b. To ensure a successful cancellation, please make sure to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

9. Warranty Terms and Conditions for Electronic Items
a. Coverage:
