Right of Withdrawal Online
In your online purchases you have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any explanation.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day following the day on which you or a third party you have nominated – and who is different from the carrier of Plus Xlineparts LTD – acquired physical possession of the goods.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement – a letter sent to the email: info@xlineparts.com or e.g. registered letter sent by post to Kolonakiou 43 Kat A3 Agios Athanasios, Limassol 4103. You must use the attached sample withdrawal form, and this is mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal date.
Please note that you, the consumer, are responsible for proof of the date the letter was sent.
Therefore, we advise that as in the case of sending the letter by post, the letter should be sent by registered post.
Obligations of Plus Xlineparts LTD in case of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the online contract, we will refund all monies received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choosing to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the above refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event you will not be charged for such refund.
We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Obligations of the buyer in case of withdrawal
You must send back the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you give us notice that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of the 14 day period. You will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is not granted in the following cases, among others:
The supply of goods that may perish.
The supply of sealed products that are not suitable for return, for health reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery as examples (Handsfree, Headphone).
